DAQBox

Before a building can be controlled, it has to be heard.

Your utility sends you one number a month.

Thirty days of behavior, every startup and shutdown, every overnight idle, every fifteen-minute window that set your demand charge, compressed into a figure you pay and file.

The building generated all of it. Nobody kept the record.

What one number hides

A bill tells you what a building cost. It cannot tell you what the building did.

It cannot tell you that the peak which set your charge lasted eleven minutes. It cannot tell you which floor caused it, or that it happens on the same weekday, or that two pieces of equipment are starting simultaneously for no reason other than that nobody ever staggered them.

DAQBox installs into the electrical infrastructure already in the building and reads consumption continuously, at the circuit. Within weeks, the record starts contradicting things everyone believed.

None of this is an estimate. It is what the building actually did.

Live measurement

Yora starts with your utility data. DAQBox adds what the utility can’t see.

No storage. No controls.
Not a capital project.
Any circuit, installed in hours.
You cannot right-size what you have never measured. You cannot control what you cannot see.

Start by finding out what the building has been doing.
