Urban Building Analysis · as of September 2026

The intelligence is the asset.
Not the battery.

422.7MW
Shaveable peak identified · across 2,071 buildings

Roughly a peaker plant’s worth of demand, found inside buildings that already exist. 14.8% of everything those buildings draw at their peak.

IThe observation

We measured 2,071 commercial buildings minute by minute and compared what they do against 15 years of hourly weather data — the thing that most drives demand, and therefore cost. The pattern is the same everywhere: demand peaks are brief, they set the bill, and a consistent share of them can be removed without the building noticing. Across all of them, that share adds up to over 422 MW.

Illustrative: one building, one month. Each ridge is a day. The yellow spikes lasted minutes — and the tallest one set the bill for the month.

IIEvery site is different

Every site plays by different rules. We already know them.

Every building in your portfolio is unique: a different utility, a different tariff, a different demand-charge structure and peak window, different incentive and demand-response programs, a different load profile, different building regulations. The same kilowatt removed is worth a different amount at every site — and the tariffs keep changing. No team can keep up with all of them. We already do.

Fewer than half the counties, holding twice their share of the population. Commercial load concentrates where people do, and tariff exposure follows it.

IIIWhat it does

Your building predicts, reshapes, and optimizes its own power. In real time.

Predicts01
Sees your peaks before they happen.
From the weather, your operating schedule, and how your building has historically behaved, it knows hours ahead when demand is about to climb.
Reshapes02
Moves demand in real time so the peak never reaches your meter.
Automatically, within the limits you set — responding to what your building is doing now, not to a schedule fixed at commissioning.
Optimizes03
Runs continuously against the objective you set — cost, capacity, carbon, or resilience.
Re-optimizes as your tariffs, programs, and priorities change.
Learns04
Checks its predictions against what your building actually did, and corrects itself continuously.
What it learns in one building sharpens the next.

This is the intelligence. The hardware is how it reaches your building.

IVAn asset that appreciates

The only system in your building that gets better, and smarter, with age.

The board on your wall never changes. What runs on it does: it learns from your building every day, and every improvement we make reaches you automatically, the way your phone updates overnight. New tariffs, new utility programs, new regulations — the system already knows them before you do. You buy it once. It keeps up with the world for you.

Let us tell you what your buildings are capable of.
